The Sohna Master Plan 2031 is a visionary roadmap for development and building activity in the city of Sohna, Haryana. With a projected population of 6.4 lakhs by 2031, the plan identifies 5600 hectares of land as urbanizable area under the proposed land use. Sohna benefits from well-established bus services and is situated adjacent to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway, which is currently under construction.

Two clover-leaf junctions are being developed on the KMP Expressway to enhance the region's accessibility. Moreover, a 50-meter-wide strip of land has been reserved for the Orbital Rail Corridor along KMP Expressway towards Delhi, while the Dedicated Freight Corridor linking Delhi to Mumbai passes by the south-eastern side of the town. The land for the DFC has already been acquired, underscoring Sohna's high potential for development.

Sohna is a significant junction on the Palwal-Sohna-Rewari (N.H.-71) road, located 24 km from Gurgaon on the highway from Gurgaon to Alwar. Other important cities and towns in the region include Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Palwal, Nuh, and Rewari, all within a 45 km radius.

The Sohna Master Plan offers an excellent opportunity for investors and developers to capitalize on the city's immense growth potential, thanks to its strategic location, abundant land availability, and well-planned infrastructure.
